Go to www.pokecharms.com/trainercards and create your trainer card.Once you create your Trainer card put on your sig.The pokemon on your card are your pokemon team.When you battle every pokemon starts with 100 HP,it gets +200 more if its on its first evolution stage,and if it is on its second it gets +400 hundred more.There is also the charecter sheets,where you can put your pokemon of your poke ...
